Bircher Muesli
This is my current pre-training favourite. Adapted from an Australian Institute of Sport recipe.![]()
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 cup fresh apple juice
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1 cup low fat vanilla flavoured yoghurt
- 1 apple, grated
- 1/2 cup chopped dried apricots

1/3 cup chopped nuts (such as hazelnuts and sliced almonds)
- Honey, apricots and almonds for serving
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Serve drizzled with honey and sprinkled with chopped apricots and almonds.
