City to Glenelg via River Path

My training program had me down for a 16km run today. I ran from Adelaide (Elder Park) to Glenelg, and managed to get most of the way home before the skies opened and I got drenched. (You can see in my run data when it started raining as I picked up the pace!)

I typically run in the morning during the week, but due to this one taking a bit longer I decided on an evening run instead. I always find running after work really hard, and put that down to the general tiredness from the day, but tonight felt pretty good so that was a good change.

Sorry to the guy that I scared on the one-way walking path. I tried to do a throat clear from a few meters behind you, but you obviously didn't hear. I was amused at how high you jumped when I said 'excuse me' though.

I took some photos along the way (still haven't worked out the setting for night shots as you can see from my last photo!)
