Interval Session: Week 3

This week I had good intentions of doing an additional interval (making it 5x1km) but come the third one I was knackered, so only did 4 (I think a combination of lack of hydration and a busy weekend left me feeling a bit flat). 

I did manage to hold my pace at 4:20min/km or faster for the most part, which is improvement on the last couple of weeks (week 1 splits and week 2 splits).

I had horrible trouble with my Garmin 405 today (or perhaps I can put it down to 'user-error'). The lap button and the start/stop buttons were pressing on my wrist without me knowing, so I had to try and piece my workout data back together when I got home.  I've never had this issue, so might need to tighten my watch strap up to the next buckle hole (wrists getting thinner?) hehe.

Corporate Cup Run 2 is in two days time, so we'll see if my interval improvements translates to a faster 4.5km time...
