Training Logs for March 2010
These are my training logs from March 2010 (tracked with my Garmin Forerunner 405, and stored in my Garmin Connect account). Weekly totals include distances for any walking/cycling activities as well as running.
The first week of my 16 week marathon training program started on March 15th, so you can see my runs becoming more consistent from that date. I also started doing regular Body Pump classes at Fitness First gym at this time.
