I've published my training logs since I committed to running a marathon. These are taken from my Garmin Connect account (which I use in connection with my Garmin Forerunner 405 HRM & GPS).

I always used to use a 'Beginner Triathlete' training log. See this page for details:

There are different levels of membership, but I always used the free one and found that to be sufficient.

If you get yourself a Garmin device definitely check out Garmin Connect. It's what I use and is packed with features and reports.
