Triathlon Training Begins

This week has been a fun one for me with the introduction of swimming and cycling back into my training, and the arrival of my new bike!

I've entered the JT Cycles Series in Adelaide, with the first race on 31st October. I've signed up for the 'Challenge' distance which is the longest they offer at 800m swim, 25.2km cycle and 6km run.
